We try our best to be as close as possible to the actual colour when taking pictures for the products, however depending on lighting or screen settings on devices colours can appear different for us and customers.

Please note that all shipping and courier services collect parcels on working days only, so if the order is placed after 3 pm on Friday and over the weekend, the earliest collection will be on the Monday. Bank Holidays are also non working days so collection would be the next working day.

So if you request an Express option you would need to factor in non working days.

For Example if you were to order a parcel on Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery on Friday after 3 pm you would be likely receive it on Tuesday as it would be collected on Monday.

We aim to package and send your orders to the courier within 48 hours. Once the parcel is with the courier it becomes their responsibility to deliver on time and it depends on the type of shipping service selected. Standard shipping is 2-3 business days and express is 1-2 business days. It is usually best to contact the courier using your tracking number to find out where your order is.

International orders may incur Customs and Border Force Control checks, which can cause delays, also you may have to pay taxes duties depending on the country and their laws for which you will be sent a pay link from the shipping company or the agency.

A Shalwar is the wide baggy traditional pant, and a Trouser is modern slim straight pant. We have separate products with the name 'Shalwar Kameez' and 'Trouser Kameez', these products come respectively with the type of pant listed in the title.

Both styles require a drawstring or Nara which is not supplied as standard.
